Because he fell!
Because satan fell from heaven, I can rise. Because God kicked him out of the kingdom, I can live in it. Because God sent him to hell, I can live in heaven!
Dr. Emily Grant DeCarlo holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Welfare Systems and a Masters Degree in Guidance/Counseling from Hampton University in Hampton,Virginia. She also completed the course work for a Masters in Special Education from Virginia State University. She received a Doctorate degree in Christian Education from Living Waters Biblical Institute in Colonial Heights, Virginia in 2007. She completed ministerial training in 1998 at New Hope Christian Center in Hopewell, Virginia and was ordained at the Living Waters Biblical Institute in 2007. She is an associate minister at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Hopewell, Virginia, and has also served as a Special Education teacher for 16 years in Chesterfield County, Virginia and has worked for the Petersburg School System for almost two years. She has authored several books. Her poem, "Epiphany" was published in Essence magazine in the January 20008 edition. She also has a new CD (poetry with music) which was just released in August of 2009.Her book, "Let It Shine" was used as a supplemental textbook for English 211 at Virginia State University in Petersburg, Virginia.
